A healthy home workplace

In the portal of our supplier Ahrend, you can easily order furniture for a healthy and dynamic home workplace. By choosing refurbished furniture, we are able to contribute to a circular economy. 

Refurbished means that the products have only been used for a short time and/or purely for business purposes. Thus, there may be a few superficial traces of use. However, all products have been cleaned, functionally checked and (where needed) fitted with new parts.

Before you place your order, please check the following agreements we have made in our organisation:

• You have made agreements with your manager to work at home and have received permission to order furniture
• You cannot order furniture you have already borrowed from the office
• If you need other furniture for health reasons, you can request it in consultation with your manager
• If you order furniture for working at home, you will have it on loan for a period of 5 years. During that time, you can only return furniture if you leave employment. If a piece of furniture becomes defective within the 5 years, you can exchange it. You cannot return furniture within 5 years for other reasons.
