This personal data is only used to respond to your questions and / or to provide services and / or information that you have requested.

Quotation form - when you request a quote from us, we collect your personal data. This concerns personal data such as name, name of organization, e-mail address and telephone number. This personal data is only used to respond to your questions and / or to provide a quote that you have requested.

Customer service - we can collect your personal data when you contact our customer service to process your question and / or complaint, such as your name, e-mail adress, telephone number. We will only collect data to the extent necessary to be of service to you with your question and / or complaint.

Job application form - through the application form you can respond to our vacancies. You can choose to send your resume. When you apply for a position at Royal Ahrend, we collect your personal data. This includes personal data such as name, education level, e-mail address and telephone number. This personal data is only used to respond to your application.

Events - when you register for one of our events we ask for your salutation, name, name of organization, your position within that organization, e-mail address and telephone number when registering. We will share your name, position and organization name with other people participating in the same event.

Newsletter - if you are interested in our Newsletter, you can sign up for this. If you register for this, we will collect your personal data for marketing purposes.

Media bank access - when you want to access our media bank, we ask for your personal data. This includes personal data such as name, e-mail address and telephone number. This personal data is only used to give you access to the media bank.

Marketing Opt-Out - you have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time and free of charge by reporting via communications@ahrend.com or by using the 'unsubscribe' option included in every marketing email that you receive from us.

In principle, Royal Ahrend does not provide personal information to third parties outside the Royal Ahrend group. However, personal data can be exchanged within the Royal Ahrend group.

However, some services we provide require the involvement of third parties.
