The importance of ergonomics
We sit too often and too long. Also in the home workplace we mainly sit and move too little. All that sitting is very stressful for our bodies. In many cases, it is also the reason for back, neck and arm complaints, i.e. RSI, repeated overload. We frequently end up at the kitchen table or on the sofa with the laptop on our lap. In the long term, an ergonomic home workspace is hugely important in order to avoid physical injury.
